Title: Biologic Surgical Sales Specialist
Territory: Morristown, NJ
Company: A biotechnology company experiencing rapid growth and outstanding patient results, that develops, manufactures, and markets regenerative grafts used in emergency room, operating room, burn unit, trauma unit, and wound care.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with hospitals and clinics, capture new accounts while nurturing existing business within the territory, and identify the individual needs of clients and patients in order to deliver a successful experienceForge relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, support and develop market strategy, and prepare quotes, proposals, and contractsSell and manage revenues consistent with assigned targetsWork with clients and patients as well as perform in-service events and follow up appropriatelyReport sales and forecasts regularlyMaintain all information in CRM systemSupport and help refine/develop go to market strategiesAdvise internal partners regarding reimbursement issuesProvide product design inputFollow market developmentsAdvise the company on overall U.S. strategyRecommend new corporate processes where neededRequirements:
Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree, preferably in the Business, Science, or Medical field5+ years in medical sales, preferably in operating roomsProven experience and high achievement in salesEvidence of successfully developing and closing large scale contracts with hospitals and clinics, specifically for operating roomsA high-energy, creative, flexible, results-oriented individualCan work in an intense, fast paced, multinational work environmentSelf-motivated and can work on own initiative with limited supervisionA strong strategic and analytical approach and thorough understanding of sales, sales planning, and sales executionKnowledge of sales and building new relationshipsUnderstanding of trends in the biotechnology and bio-manufacturing marketAbility to travel frequentlyA team player with leadership skillsA knack for problem-solvingExcellent organizational skillsCompensation: 80k base salary, 180k at plan uncapped. + benefits.
