Sheraton Suites is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping department and ensure a pristine, welcoming environment for our guests. Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction. Manage, train, and develop the housekeeping staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness meets brand standards. Monitor and manage inventory, supplies, and equipment, optimizing costs and efficiency. Collaborate with other departments, including maintenance and front office, to address guest needs and resolve issues promptly. Uphold health and safety regulations, including compliance with sanitation guidelines. Develop and manage the department budget, controlling costs without compromising quality. Implement and maintain effective policies and procedures to ensure the efficient running of housekeeping operations. Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff. Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities. Knowledge of housekeeping management practices, inventory control, and quality assurance processes. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
