Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting Loaders:

  • Monitor and address loading equipment issues promptly.
Coordinate with maintenance teams for resolution. Checking Exceptions:

Identify and resolve discrepancies in processes. Implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence. Clearing Inventory:

Conduct regular inventory checks. Coordinate with warehouse for accurate stock levels. Bill of Lading (BOL) Management:

Prepare and review BOL documents accurately. Coordinate with carriers for shipment logistics. Driver Paperwork:

Organize and verify driver documentation. Assist drivers with paperwork completion. Trailer Numbers Verification:

Verify trailer numbers and ensure proper tracking. Coordinate trailer movements with personnel. Email Communication:

Manage shipping-related emails. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
