MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Medical degree from an accredited institution and Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.Active medical license in VA with current DEA registration.Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in Obstetrics, with leadership experience preferred.Demonstrated expertise in managing high-risk pregnancies, complications, and emergency obstetric situations.Strong commitment to quality patient care, evidence-based practice, and continuous improvement.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.Experience in policy development, strategic planning, and budget management within a healthcare setting.Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in obstetric medicine.Demonstrated commitment to patient safety, quality outcomes, and enhancing patient, employee, and provider satisfaction.AWARDS & RECOGNITION
