Finance Manager provides support and leadership with month-end-close activities, budgeting, forecasting, actual spend reporting, fixed asset management, and day-to-day accuracy of financial records. The role requires an individual who is capable of driving efficiency through continuous improvement of operational and financial processes, while working in a complex, matrix environment and managing competing priorities. The scope includes financial support of an operating expense and capital budget and requires the ability to interact with all levels of site and above site colleagues to achieve the necessary business results in a transparent and ethical manner.

• Perform budget vs. actual analysis reviews with various levels of management
• Co-lead the Budget and Standard Cost Setting Yearly Process
• Partner with cross-functional business counterparts to develop annual business plans and analyze year-to-date performance and historical trends
• Perform inventory analysis and calculate monthly inventory reserves
• Own limited aspects of corporate submissions and financial reporting to Corporate
• Calculates Overhead and Labor Rates
• Own budget preparation and budget vs. actual P&L files

• Colleagues must be highly organized, proactive, and passionate about the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment with a broad range of responsibilities
• ERP experience is required
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required; including the ability to create and use complex models
• A minimum of 6 years of successful work experience in financial analysis, cost accounting, reporting, or planning is required
