Responsibilities:

-Perform construction and maintenance related tasks, both inside and outside, for all company facilities, including but not limited to, manufacturing plants, office spaces, and guest facilities.

-Do construction and maintenance tasks involving the following: wood and steel framing, hanging and finishing drywall, installation and repair of acoustic ceiling systems, cabinet installation and finish carpentry, concrete work including forming, pouring and finishing, roofing and siding installation and repair and other tasks as assigned.
-Safely operate and drive construction equipment, tractors, trucks, lift trucks, snorkel, scissor lift and wave.
-Must be able to work with minimal supervision and communicate positively and effectively.
 

Qualifications:

-5-7 years’ experience in construction including:
style="list-style-type:circle"-
-Knowledge of all phases of construction. 
-Read and understand work orders and prints and have basic math skills.
-Knowledge of building structures. 
-Ability to communicate with internal customers and stakeholders.
-Ability to work as part of a team.
-Some knowledge of electric and plumbing. 
-Some knowledge of metal fabrication helpful. 
-Valid driver’s license and good driving record required, CDL license is helpful.
