Description

Gastroenterology Hospitalist physician to join our growing program at PeaceHealth RiverBend Medical Center, Level II Trauma Center located in Springfield, Oregon.

Single coverage, adult GI Hospitalist program.Inpatient responsibilities only.Rounding on patients, new consults, and procedures (must be qualified to perform ERCP).Access to specialty consults if needed and the GI outpatient team.12-hour shifts with overnight call, block schedule for work life balance.Expected patient load is 10 patients/day.RiverBend is highly regarded for quality-of-care and has been recognized for numerous awards in both quality and excellence. Springfield is located at the southern end of the Willamette Valley, also known as, Oregon wine country. Two rivers run through the community, the Willamette River, and McKenzie River. Bike, walk or run the Middle Fork Path along the Willamette River, or spend the day fishing on the McKenzie River. Springfield has a flourishing downtown and fast becoming a must visit for your culinary experience Immersed in art, take the outdoor mural tour, or stay inside at the Emerald Art Center. We have one of the most desirable locations in the Pacific Northwest to live, work, and play.
