THE WORK:

Join Crypto Accounting as a pivotal team member responsible for managing crypto data, facilitating month-end close processes, supporting audits, driving process automation, and participating in system implementations. This role is crucial for supporting company initiatives, product changes, management decisions, and external reporting. It provides a rare opportunity to gain firsthand expertise in the rapidly growing crypto industry alongside a global industry leader.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  1. Collaborate cross-functionally to collect, manage, troubleshoot, monitor, record, and report crypto data
  2. Provide insights to management and prepare external reports
  3. Execute month-end close activities related to crypto
  4. Assist in internal and external audit processes
  5. Lead system changes and implementations related to crypto
  6. Become a subject matter expert in crypto data management and Ripple operational workflows for cross-functional collaboration
  7. Proactively identify issues, propose solutions, and document processes
  8. Drive process optimization and automation initiatives
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
  1. Bachelor's degree in accounting or higher; CPA preferred
  2. Minimum of 5+ years in the field of Accounting or equivalent (public accounting experience is a plus)
  3. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel with experience managing large volume of data
  4. Exceptional attention to detail, a critical factor for success in this role
  5. Demonstrated ability to apply critical, independent thinking for continuous improvement
  6. Proactive mindset with strong communication and documentation skills
  7. Strong sense of ownership over processes
  8. Proficiency in leading cross-functional projects with minimal guidance
