Job DescriptionResponsiblities Ensure documentation of all SOPs systems flows technical specifications and database schematics. Act as System Administrator for all the Business IT Applications and point of contact for any troubleshooting. Create reporting tools that can be leveraged by the Business for on demand data mining and report generation. Ensure IT plans around server room management server backup plans and hardware replacement.EXPERIENCE A bachelor degree in Information Technology. 8-10 years in IT administration role and 1 - 2 years as a team lead role. Proven experience in managing all IT functions in local and satellite office environment. Prior experience in setting up IT infrastructure for a small to medium office.
