Licensed Clinical Social Worker / Mental Health Specialists (Maui Wildfire Support) (MHS)

ALTRES Medical is immediately seeking licensed Mental Health Specialists to provide mental health services to people affected by the Maui wildfires. This position will require working in-person at the Maui Community Mental Health Center in Wailuku and Lahaina.

Hours Full-time, 8:00am-5:00pm Location
  • Wailuku, Maui
  • Lahaina, Maui
Pay $50 an hour Responsibilities
  • Provide emergency mental health services to people affected by the Maui wildfires.
  • Perform mental health and risk assessments.
  • Provide therapy services in both individual and group format to all ages.
  • Participate as a member of the interdisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, advanced practice registered nurses (APRN), clinical psychologists, social workers, clinical social workers, marriage and family therapists, and/or mental health counselors.
Qualifications
  • Current Hawaii license to practice as a Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist or Mental Health Counselor.
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 12 semester credits hours in psychology or social work.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience providing mental health clinical services to individuals, couples, families or groups with mental illness.
  • Active Out of State Licensures acceptable under current emergency proclamation.
