- Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as the Fitness & Wellness Studio Manager at Pulse Performance - Buckhead in Atlanta, Georgia.
- As the Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the wellness studio, create a positive and welcoming environment for members and employees, and drive revenue through sales and customer retention.
- This is a full-time position with a base salary plus a commission structure.
- Compensation and Benefits:The base salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 per year, paid semi-monthly.
- Additionally, this position offers a commission structure based on sales and business accomplishments.
- As an employee of Pulse Performance - Buckhead, you will also have access to various benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
- Responsibilities:- Manage daily operations of the fitness & wellness studio, including staff scheduling, member services, and facility maintenance- Develop and maintain relationships with members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention- Implement sales strategies to increase membership and personal training sales- Plan and conduct organic lead generation activities around the community, such as at local events, races, etc.
