Job Summary
Mariners media assistants serve as game day assistants to the Director of Media Relations & Broadcasting. This is a part-time, game day only position, which touches upon aspects of social media, media relations, broadcasting, and sports information.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Cut highlights using GrabYo for real-time posting to X and postgame highlight reel
- Assists in the social media analysis strategies using monitoring tools.
- Operate team X account to provide game updates in real-time (away games included)
- Conducts research as necessary.
- Serve as media liaison in press box during game
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
