Medicine/Family Practice APP or physician to provide 2024 team coverage.
** _Practice Setting_**
* Outpatient medical setting
* Patients are primarily aged 65+
* Average volume of 16-18 patients per day
* Support from an MD, Nurse Practitioners, MA/scribe support, and RNs
* Charting: Canopy/Greenway
** _Cases and Procedures:_**
* Traditional primary care for older patients (diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, mild cognitive impairment, CHF, history of coronary artery disease)
* No procedures required
** _Schedule:_**
* 3-month initial assignment
* Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM (4-day workweek considered)
* No call requirements
** _Requirements:_**
* Board-certified Internal Medicine or Family Practice physician
* DEA certification
* Rhode Island medical license
** _Travel and Lodging:_**
