Position Summary

Houston Christian University seeks Adjunct Professors to join the Department of Music with expertise in teaching applied piano lessons.
Job Status - Exempt

Reports to - the Dean of the College of Arts and Humanities
Job Responsibilities

Teach applied Piano to music majors and minors. Teach secondary applied piano to voice majors in performance and education. Teach class piano
Other duties may include teaching additional classes as needed.
Qualifications

MM, DMA, or PhD in Piano.
Ability to teach courses in music from a Christian worldview and demonstrate enthusiasm for our classical liberal arts core curriculum which includes embracing the need for these courses to complement each other.
