Overview:

The Senior Project Manager position is a technical role focused on planning, organizing, and managing the completion of specific projects for BrainGu while ensuring these projects are on time, on budget, and within scope.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive execution and delivery of software development projects while partnering with engineering teams to deliver technical projects from start to finish
  • Manage cost, schedule, performance by tracking deliverables and milestones closely while partnering with the product owner to understand backlog priorities. 
  • Work to establish the needs of your team, continually communicate risks to all stakeholders, facilitate and enforce project processes by creating, managing, and updating any documentation required
  • Cultivate relationships across engineering and technical teams while serving directly as the end-to-end liaison
  • Identify solution paths for competing requirements while managing stakeholder expectations and satisfaction
  • Demonstrate program knowledge and facilitate the development of requirements in consideration of known technical capabilities and limitations

Requirements:

  • Active US Government Security Clearance preferred, which requires US Citizenship
  • 5-7 years experience as a Project Manager managing large scale projects
  • Experience communicating status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
  • Experience working with various stakeholder groups and functions at various levels of management.
  • Experience running a consumer application development project through the entire SDLC
  • Examples of projects you delivered successfully (on time, on budget, with high customer satisfaction)
  • Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams

Tech Stack:

  • Experience working with teams of software developers who adopt modern DevOps, DevSecOps practices and cloud migration.
  • Experience with Google Workspaces
  • Knowledge of project management tools and processes including Agile, Kanban, Waterfall
