Contents Cleaner -
Perform restoration and cleaning tasks as directed by the supervisor
– Use hand tools and equipment to complete restoration and cleaning tasks
Clean and sanitize affected areas to ensure safety and prevent further damage
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to protect yourself and others during restoration projects
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure a smooth workflow
Document work performed, including before and after photos, for record-keeping purposes
-Perform inventories of electronic items
-Disconnect & package electronic items for transportation
-Test the functionality of electronic items
-Deliver, reconnect and troubleshoot electronic items
-Experience with operating and troubleshooting problems with consumer electronics and commercial audio/visual items is preferred.
Previous experience in the restoration industry is preferred
Knowledge of fire restoration, water damage restoration, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement techniques
Familiarity with using hand tools and equipment commonly used in restoration projects
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Excellent problem-solving skills to address unexpected challenges during restoration projects
Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • Opportunities for advancement • Paid time off Schedule: • 8 hour shift • On call • Overtime • Weekends as needed License/Certification: • Driver's License (Preferred)
