Contents Cleaner -

Perform restoration and cleaning tasks as directed by the supervisor

– Use hand tools and equipment to complete restoration and cleaning tasks

• Clean and sanitize affected areas to ensure safety and prevent further damage

• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to protect yourself and others during restoration projects

• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure a smooth workflow

• Document work performed, including before and after photos, for record-keeping purposes

  -Perform inventories of electronic items

  -Disconnect & package electronic items for transportation

  -Test the functionality of electronic items

  -Deliver, reconnect and troubleshoot electronic items

  -Experience with operating and troubleshooting problems with consumer electronics and commercial audio/visual items is preferred.

  • Previous experience in the restoration industry is preferred

  • Knowledge of fire restoration, water damage restoration, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement techniques

  • Familiarity with using hand tools and equipment commonly used in restoration projects

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

  • Excellent problem-solving skills to address unexpected challenges during restoration projects

  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time
