Hours Full-time, Monday to Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm Location Kailua-Kona, Big Island Pay $20 an hour Responsibilities- Provide customer service over the phone and in-person.
- Respond to vendor emails and inquires.
- Take customer orders and maintain order logs.
- Assist with invoicing using Sage accounting software.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Previous office/admin and accounting experience preferred, but not required.
- Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) programs.
- Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
- Strong typing and data entry skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving abstract required.
