Collaborate with customers to address and resolve engineering issues related to manufacturing, drawings, and specifications. Take on Project Management duties as assigned. Engage in MRB reviews of non-conforming parts, including analyzing root causes and implementing corrective actions.

Coordinate business requirements with Production, Contracts, and Quality teams. Assist Production in ensuring timely delivery of products to customers. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.

Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder. 2 to 5 years of engineering experience is necessary. Familiarity with hand lay-up and autoclave curing processes for aerospace composite parts is preferred.

Willingness and capability to be a hands-on engineer in a small company setting. Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams including shop floor personnel, management, and customers. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required. CAD skills in software such as Nx and Catia are a plus. Strong attention to detail is crucial.

Must be willing and able to engage directly in both manufacturing and office environments. Ability to stand for extended periods if necessary..
