  • The individual must be interested in being part of a dynamic team that cares for a profoundly beautiful and expanding retirement community consisting of the finest local independent and assisted living, and skilled nursing facilities around.
  • To be considered for this position, the individual must be experienced in apartment-type facility maintenance, be able to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, equipment diagnostic testing and repair.
  • They will inspect and maintain assigned areas, effectively troubleshoot and communicate issues, adjust and repair failures, while ensuring maximum equipment efficiency and effectiveness.
  • The required qualifications are to be a high school graduate, have a minimum of three (3) years experience in at least one area of electrical, carpentry, painting, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical systems, and possess basic computer skills.
  • The individual will be required to attend a Health System and a departmental specific orientation preceded by a background check, drug screen, and physical.
