Our people division is growing, and we are looking for a Process Electrical Trainer at our Carlin operation. The successful candidate will coach and mentor a maintenance team.

Responsibilities:
Ensure technicians have the necessary skills, knowledge, and attitude to perform their assigned tasks in a safe, efficient, and environmentally sound manner Maintain a high standard of housekeeping in all work areas to provide a safe and healthy workplace for all employees and contractors Collaborate with management to conduct needs analysis studies to determine training needs within organization Coordinating on-the-job training activities with field trainers and supervisors Maintain document control standards for trained personnel Liaison with third party training programs Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred Minimum of 5 years electrical and/or instrumentation experience; preferably in a mining (Process) environment required 3 years training experience, preferably in a mining (Process) environment preferred Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) required Demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of this job required Proven safety record required Excellent attendance record required Valid driver license required
