This position is site based at our Allentown, PA location.

Discover Impactful Work:
This position will work with both the client and internal teams to coordinate packaging activities for a variety of different clients. This role will follow standard processes that will ensure on time delivery of the packaged product. This person will work with clients and internal groups to continually improve the various processes to improve on time delivery and right first-time output.

A day in the Life:
  • Manage the delivery of all technical and service aspects of projects and studies for clients.
  • Determine the preliminary design of the study and evaluate and understand the study.
  • Serve as the internal link within the company, maintaining continuous communication with all departments and direct one-on-one contact with external customers.
  • Initiate the involvement of appropriate departments, ensuring consistent high-quality work delivered to customers.
  • Lead and represent the business at project meetings, kick-off meetings, and customer teleconferences.
  • Interact with Quality Assurance/Regulatory personnel to drive Problem Reports to closure.
  • Ensure customer needs are properly translated into quotations and budgets.
  • Provide accurate and timely financial forecasting and reporting.
  • Participate in cross-functional business process improvement activities.
  • Work closely with the account manager to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
  • Apply Good Manufacturing Principles in all areas of responsibility.
  • Demonstrate and promote the company's vision.
Keys to Success:

Education
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Associate degree and experience accepted in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
Experience
  • 3 years of successful experience in project management preferred.
  • Experience with Clinical Trials preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • Proficiency in personal computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook) preferred.
  • Proficiency in appropriate project planning tools (e.g. Microsoft Project) preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to include strong relationship building.
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills and project co-ordination skills.
  • Ability to develop strong customer management skills; proactively anticipates, understands, and responds to the needs of clients to meet or exceed their expectations.
  • Knowledge of all internal systems associated with projects (i.e. Salesforce, GPMS, TrackWise) preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, verbal, written and numerical skills with the ability to analyze and define solutions and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
Physical Requirements / Work Environment

The position is administrative, is positioned in an office environment and requires standing, bending, reaching, walking, and talking as well as exerting up to 20lbs of force occasionally.
