Job Description
The Legal Counsel will report directly to the General Counsel.
Responsibilities will include:

The Successful Applicant
JD from a top US ABA-accredited law school with exceptional academic credentialsAdmission to NY or CA State Bar 2-4 years of experience dealing with commercial and corporate legal matters gained at a top-50 law firm with start-up/tech client experienceExceptional drafting and negotiating skillsA team player who relates well with management and counterpartsAble to demonstrate a high level of independent reasoning, excellent analytical judgment and
strong business judgmentAbility to balance competing projects in a fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to
effectively interact with numerous business unitsMeticulous attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
