ZOe Pediatrics is looking for an Network Tech to join our team in Columbus and all of our other offices in Barnesville/Thomaston. Under Supervision of the IT Director, the Network Administrator Assistant is responsible for maintaining and supporting new and existing hardware, software, and communication devices. The Network Tech helps with the monitoring and resolving end user issues or server hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate manner.

The Network Tech role is an essential function in our offices. The position will work rotating shifts as needed between hours of 7:30am-09:00pm Monday- Sunday. This is a Full Time position, and benefits are eligible for medical insurance, PTO, and paid holidays, after 90 days of employment.

Education/Experience

Required:
Must have valid Driver's License
Background Check
A+, Network+, Security+ Certifications (maybe substituted with 4 years of hands-on experience)
Excellent customer service and communication skills required

Preferred:
2-years of experience in an IT role and troubleshooting
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT , or corresponding field
MSSQL, Server 2012 and/or 2016 knowledge
Clear understanding of GPO
CCNA Certification

Key Responsibilities:
Check server resource issues; prioritize and respond to user device malfunctions
Ability to familiarize with our phone system operations and functionality
Serves as cornerstone for escalating server issues; provide timely response to provider & staff
Perform file system configuration and management; define and perform server backups and recovery procedures
Plan and implement server upgrades, maintenance fixes, and vendor-supplied patches
Monitor and test system performance and provide performance statistics and reports
Communicate challenges that may arise and/or trouble-shooting that may be needed regarding the duties of this role.
Ability to concentrate in a variety of environments with multiple distractions
Resolves IT issues and tickets in a timely manner
Organizes and ordering of supplies and cleaning of workspace
Manages server infrastructure for all current and future ZOe locations
Manages the network of computers and software needs of each workstation
Participates in ZOe community events and assist with planning details as needed
Establish and implement procedures, and technologies, including firewalls, to ensure server security
Ability and willingness to accept any additional duties and responsibilities as needed
Demonstrates professionalism and follow ZOe Policies and Procedures, IT processes, and Code of Conduct
Demonstrate initiative, efficient time management, capable of handling changes, and a sense of urgency
Monitor fax server, eCW software implementation, and day to day IT functions
Demonstrates working well independently good organizational skills, time management, and self-starter.
Adheres to company policies and clinical dress code.
Manage IT structure, assists IT director in implementing updates
Follows organizational policies and procedures.

Physical Requirements
Frequent bending and stooping required
Requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. of boxes of paper, supplies
Requires the frequent handling of materials
Occasional weight-bearing may exceed 50 lbs.
