Job Summary:
As a Barista, you will prepare and/or serve beverages and/or food to guests to ensure the highest quality of product and service standards to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize revenues and profitability by providing prompt and courteous food and beverage service in a fast-paced work environment.
Education & Experience:
Have a minimum of 6 months of F&B outlet customer services experience. preferably previous Barista experience. Be incredibly friendly, customer centric, love to smile and radiate a positive and accommodating attitude while interacting with customers. Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.Responsibilities:
Prepares beverages requested by customers or servers according to standard operating procedures (i.e. proper proportions and ingredients control costs provide a consistent product to the guests) Maintains clean and organized work areas to maximize efficiency; sets up the bar and back bar according to established procedures Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner. Maintain regular attendance in compliance with RCMI standards, as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the hotel Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working. Comply at all times with RCMI Hospitality standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations. Service guests with all food and beverage requirements in a warm, friendly, courteous and professional manner Accommodate any special requests made by a guest or offer appropriate alternatives. Be familiar with the operation of the P.O.S. system. Ability to answer the telephone according to standards. Have a thorough knowledge of menus and current specials in all applicable departments. Carry out cashiering functions in closing checks and end of shift paperwork. Perform opening and closing procedures, and side work duties according to station rotation assignment including stock service station, makes coffee, etc. Ensure that tables and side stands are kept stocked, tidy and clean. Employees must at all times be attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to guests, managers and all of their fellow employees.Benefits:
