    Job Description

    The Clerk Inventory is responsible for tracking full goods, pallet, and shells throughout the respective system by performing the following dutiesWhat your day will look like:

  • Counts materials in stock and posts totals to inventory records daily
Compares physical inventory against book inventory Verifies clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjusts errors in computation or count or investigates and reports reasons for discrepancies Performs weekly date code check to ensure product rotation Monitors all outgoing and incoming full good shipments and reconcile with SAP Performs appropriate duties as assigned by management What you need to succeed:
Minimum of 18 years old Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policies Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job Ability to read, write and speak English Ability to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelines Ability to maintain safety and security of Company assets Ability to utilize all Company provided resources and technology Ability to demonstrate oral/written communication and strong problem-solving skills Ability to work with all functional team members Effective planning and organizational skills High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 6 to 12 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Powered Industrial Equipment experience preferred Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals Frequent standing and walking Willingness to work weekends, holidays, or flexible schedule as required Repeated typing and keying Ability to demonstrate initiative Ability to demonstrate analytical, planning, and organizational skills
