Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in data engineering, Power BI, and Azure cloud services, and recommend best practices for data management and visualization. Requirements:
Experience as a Data Engineer with a strong focus on financial services. Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX expressions, and report/dashboard development. Expertise in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing data pipelines. Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries, optimizing database performance, and creating stored procedures and functions. Experience with Azure cloud services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Blob Storage. Familiarity with financial concepts and terminology, including accounting principles, financial modeling, and regulatory requirements. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
