Metal Stamping Die Setter - $24.00, plus $1.00 per hour shift premium

To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to:

Starts machine to obtain first run work piece and verifies dimensional tolerances Coordinate and pre-stage all necessary items for die change. Manually loads parts or blanks into machine and place parts into inventory baskets. Loads coils and feeds material into die where applicable using a Forklift and/or Crane Troubleshoots equipment failures and problems with appropriate personnel. Set up and program new jobs on initial run.  Fill out proper paperwork and turn in to Supervisor. Monitors press for proper operation and reports any malfunctions or problems to supervisor and maintenance.

This full-time, hourly role is a part of our Production team and reports to the Production Supervisor.  Member of UAW Local 2000.

Required experience:

1 year or more experience with Progressive or Transfer Presses
