**Family Practice Physician**
We are seeking a **Family Practice Physician** for a full-time role with our team in Cortland, New York
**Compensation Package:**
- **Up to $250,000+ (Based on Experience)**
- **Sign or Relocation Bonus**
- 4 Weeks of Paid Time Off - Accrues Day 1 Available for Use After 90 Days

**Requirements:**
- New York Clear and Active Medical License
- Must be proficient with EMRs - We use Athena1 (Training Offered)
- 2+ Years of Experience Preferred in the Family Practice setting
- New Graduates Accepted
**Responsibilities:**
- Full-Time or Part-Time Opportunities
- For Full Time - Cortland Location 3 Days a Week and 1 of our Rural Sites 1 Day a Week
- Student Loan Repayment Pro-rated to Part-Time Schedule
- 100% Outpatient Opportunity
- Seeing 18 to 20 Patients Per Day
- Obtain complete medical history and physical data on patients. Review patient records.
- Interpret and integrate data to determine appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic procedures needed.
- Perform a complete physical exam and record findings. Establish diagnosis.
- Order appropriate laboratory and diagnostic procedures.
- Synthesize data to determine a diagnosis and therapeutic plan utilizing principles of prevention.
- Administer injections, immunizations, and oral medications. Suture wounds. Prepare written prescription orders for drugs and controlled substances.
- Interview and advise patients regarding health and illness prevention. Recommend community resources to meet patient and family needs.
- Instruct patient and family regarding medications and treatment instructions. Provide patient education.
