  • SAML/SSO - Okta, Google, AzureAD
  • Experience with CIPP (Certified Information Privacy Professional), and/or SimeonCloud
  • Windows Autopilot & Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Formerly Intune)
  • Managing SaaS applications (Zoom, Lucidchart, Slack, Adobe, DocuSign)
  • Data backup and recovery solutions (Datto, Code42, AWS Glacier, etc)
  • Experience supporting UTM firewalls (Fortinet, Cisco, Meraki, etc)
  • Apple MDM (Jamf, Addigy) experience is a big plus
