As a Procurement Analyst you will:

Review major procurements for legal sufficiency, risk and compliance to policies.
Ensure that contracting practices follow policies and procedures, including sufficient document.
Measure supply chain performance, evaluate data output, work processes, documentation flows, and system capabilities for functional effectiveness.
Use project management techniques to implement changes and improvements, including developing and managing budgets and teams.
Develop and maintain monthly metrics and key performance indicators for procurement, small business, client service, business risks and overall supply chain goals.
Manage certification and Supply Chain-wide training programs as applicable for Contracting Officers and Contracting Officer's Representatives.
Manage the Micro-Purchase Program (MPP).
