SSEC Philosophy:
We do not expect our staff to know everything, but we expect staff to be willing to learn, receive positive coaching and possess tremendous energy to drive business success. SSEC staff will be exposed to a wide variety of sponsorship and event companies and will assist our clients in monetizing their business.  Main Office Location:  Cranbury, NJTimeframe: Monday, August 26, 2024, through Friday, December 6, 2024.
Hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Monday-Friday)

 Job Description:·        Sponsorship Marketing and Sales Intern will be assigned an account to manage and work on behalf of SSEC.
 ·        Prospect potential sales targets, build sales lists, conduct email outreach focused on setting up meetings to pitch client’s sponsorship programs.
 ·        SSEC senior staff will teach and develop interns through sponsorship sales process including introductory calls, potential sponsor meetings, building sponsorship sales presentations, sponsorship proposals.
 ·        The successful candidate will be self-sufficient and comfortable working autonomously as needed.
   Position Requirements:·        Possess an entrepreneurial mindset. 
 ·        An organized and detail-oriented skill set will be key to succeeding at this position.
 ·        Passion for prospecting, sales outreach, and marketing ideation
 ·        Possess PowerPoint or similar presentation software skillset.
 ·        Strong written and oral skill sets.
 ·        Previous intern or entry-level experience is a strong plus.
