Who exactly are UPS Warehouse Worker/Temporary Cover Driver

Well, they work inside as a warehouse worker and when needed, theyâre the ones who drive our familiar brown trucks, bringing packages great and small to our customers. Theyâre a friendly, physically active crew who enjoy being outdoors, fast-paced work, and being behind the wheel

While functioning as a Temporary Cover Driver you will be required to:

  • Work 8 â 10 hours each day (Monday through Friday) or (Tuesday â Saturday)
  • Have excellent customer contact and driving skills

    While functioning as a Warehouse Worker you will:

    • Typically work 3 ½ - 5 hours each day (Monday through Friday) or (Tuesday-Saturday)
    • Be required to work your assigned shift (based on operational needs)

          *UPS full-time small package delivery drivers receive an average total compensation package of $145,000 per year. That includes $0 healthcare premiums, up to seven weeks of paid vacation, plus paid time off for holidays, sick leave, and option days. UPS also makes contributions to a defined-benefit pension plan for each employee.

          SHIFT YOUR SKILLS

          • The ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
