Maintenance Worker

Career-Seasonal appointments are permanent positions and include the same benefits as Career appointments, but do not provide work on a year-round basis. You will work from approximately December from one year to November of the next year, and you will be in a non-pay status for the remainder of the year (approx. 2 weeks).

Duties
MAJOR DUTIES--
- Operates a variety of motor vehicles and engineering equipment.
- Uses knowledge of technical practices, tools, and equipment related to carpentry work.
- Uses knowledge of technical practices, tools, and equipment related to plumbing, electrical, and masonry work.
- Interprets and applies instructions, plans, specifications and codes.
- Accurately uses knowledge of measurements and measuring tools.
