As a Carpentry Worker, WG-4607-07 with the National Park Service (NPS), your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Remodel, construct, repair, and install items such as framework, floor joists, rafters, roof sheathing, sub-flooring, decking, framing, windows, doors, and cabinets.
Follow oral instructions and written directions to layout and complete work.
Paint and stain wood for installation.
Use a wide variety of tools associated with the carpentry trade, such as hand and power saws and planers.
Assist higher graded employees on a variety of carpentry projects to support the Legacy Restoration Fund.
