Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to a diverse patient population, focusing on preventative care, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions. The physician will work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough patient assessments including history taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.
Develop, implement, and manage patient treatment plans.
Provide preventative care services including screenings, immunizations, and health education.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using the electronic health record (EHR) system.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and comprehensive care.
Refer patients to specialists and other healthcare providers as necessary.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education to maintain professional competence.
Educate patients on health management and disease prevention.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related field.
Open to Residents and Fellows
Open to Visa candidates
Valid state medical license and DEA certification.
Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
