Job Description

CLIMB HIGHER AT IRON MOUNTAIN

At Iron Mountain, our Warehouse Records Material Handler safeguard what our customers value most, from the everyday to the extraordinary. We are seeking a physically able and detail-oriented individual to assist with the preparation of boxes of slides and files for imaging and upload to a research database. The successful candidate will be responsible for heavy lifting and moving boxes of slides and files on carts, while taking great care to prevent damage to the contents. This role will also involve using computers to scan and track boxes, and ensuring that all materials are properly labeled and organized.

PAY: $18.00 per hour(Paid biweekly)

SCHEDULE : Monday - Friday(Occasional weekends)

HOURS: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

LOCATION: 3140 Riding Trails South, MO 63045

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Load and unload pallets/ carts

  • Move, weigh, sort, and disassemble items

  • Carefully handle and transport boxes on carts to prevent damage to the contents

  • Use computers to scan and track boxes, and ensure that all materials are properly labeled and organized

  • Safely operate tools and equipment

  • Maintain a clean and safe work area

  • Ensure security of customer information

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • English reading, writing, and communication skills

  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail

  • Basic knowledge of industry tools and equipment

  • Basic knowledge of computer-related equipment, internet, and data entry

REQUIREMENTS

  • Operate tools and equipment

  • Lift up to 60 pounds regularly

  • Remain stationary as well as perform repetitive motions for extended periods

  • Climb, stoop, crouch, kneel, push, and pull regularly
