Schneider Electric is seeking a dedicated and talented individual to join us as a
Senior Reliability Engineer (Design for Safety and Reliability (DfSR) Practitioner). This role is perfect for those with experience in practicing and applying Design Reliability and Robustness processes and tools across several squads in its line of business or in its Hub to ensure that products and solutions are designed to be safe, robust and reliable.

What will you do?
As a Design for Safety and Reliability Practitioner at Schneider Electric, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead the implementation of Design for Reliability and Robustness processes, tools, and software across multiple squads, ensuring that Schneider Electric products and solutions are designed to be safe, robust, and reliable.
- Drive the adoption of key stakeholders on the business's DfSR practices within their squads, fostering a culture of safety and reliability at the core of our design processes.
- Assess and identify critical elements of offers at the design level, developing logical DfSR risk assessment plans based on safety, robustness, and reliability perspectives.
- Develop, execute, and report on DfSR plans regularly, ensuring that our products consistently meet the highest standards of reliability and safety.
- Train and coach the design engineering community with DfSR methodologies and tools, empowering them to achieve robustness and reliability targets and driving continuous improvement.
What qualifications and skills are required?
- A Bachelor's degree and/or a Post Graduate degree/Master's in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Computer Science, Statistics. Higher degrees, especially in Reliability Engineering, are preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in engineering or quality fields. Experience in Design for Reliability (DfSS, DfSR), power management, electronics, electromechanical systems is highly preferred.
- Advanced working level experience with Reliasoft
- Experience working in Agile Product Development environment.
- Customer oriented mindset, including Customer application knowledge.
- Intercultural skills and experience
- Ability to mobilize and build cross-functional activities.
- Certified DFSS Black Belt preferred.
- Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) preferred.
- Experience with p-diagram driven DFMEA development preferred.
- Coaching skills is a plus.
