Job Title: Traulsen Technician

Company Overview: Cooper Contracting is seeking a skilled Traulsen Technician to join our team. We specialize in installing, servicing, and repairing Traulsen appliances, ensuring optimal functionality for our clients.

Requirements:

2+ years of technical experience with Traulsen appliances and commercial kitchen equipment

Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving history

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong diagnostic skills and ability to identify complex problems promptly

Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various conditions

Commitment to ongoing training and professional development

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work independently or as part of a team while adhering to deadlines

Proficiency in using smartphones and tablets for remote communication and time tracking

Responsibilities:

Install, service, and repair Traulsen appliances at client locations

Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on commercial food service equipment

Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly

Adhere to safety regulations and company policies

Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions

Maintain a neat and orderly service vehicle, along with accurate parts and tool inventory
