Our ideal candidate is polite and has a can-do attitude, can manage themselves, always looking to lend a hand, works well with others. Someone who listens well and thoughtfully follows instructions and contributes ideas about how to improve the work and products. Reliable - to work on time each day. High priority on work environment with direct involvement from the owner daily.

Responsibilities:
- Working from shop drawings
- Prepare a materials request order
- Cut parts to be welded
- Weld, fabricate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to production
- Maintain welding equipment
- Read prints, layout, fit-up, welding, quality control
- Operate other shop equipment (grinder, saw, welder, forklift)
