Seeking Urology NP/PA to join team in Ogdensburg, NY

- Enthusiastic patient-centered care champion to participate in the care of Urology patients.
- Must be motivated, compassionate, engaged and committed to providing high-quality care with the ability to work well in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment
- Willingness to work and live in a rural, small community setting; and actively engage with the community
- Must be willing to travel to Syracuse, NY, for training
- PA/NP works under the supervision of a physician. Will act as the primary physician extender.

Offer Package Outline:

- Competitive base salary, DOE, plus RVU Production Incentive once physician meets MGMA median threshold
- PTO 240 hours (includes vacation, personal, sick, and CME) plus seven holidays
- Sign-on Bonus: $10,000
- Student Loan Repayment: up to $7,500 per year for ten years
- Moving Expense Allowance tailored to personal situation up to $5,000
- Annual CME allowance up to $5,000
