The Everett Clinic is a long-standing and thriving physician-led practice located just 30 minutes north of Seattle. We focus on the health of our patients and strive for a healthy work-life balance for our team. Our low physician turnover rates and high physician satisfaction scores make The Everett Clinic one of the Northwest’s most sought-after organizations.
Our practice of 11 Gastroenterologists and 6 ARNPs continues to grow. We are looking to add an additional team member to keep up with patient volume and demand.
**Practice Highlights:**
* Minimal Call – 3-4 weekends per year (1 weekend every 3-4 months), 2 call nights per month
* Daily mix of procedures & patient visits (65%+ time in endoscopy)
* Supportive multispecialty practice with robust primary care group referral base.
* No need to market yourself, be busy with a full schedule from the day you start

**Required Qualifications**:
* Board Certified/Eligible in Gastroenterology and Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
* Unrestricted Washington license or ability to obtain one
* Ability to obtain hospital privileges at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett
**Preferred Qualifications**:
* Experience within electronic medical record system
For Washington Residents Only: The salary range for Washington residents is $500,000 to $659,400. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
