Inside Sales Representative About Corkcicle Corkcicle is a leading designer and manufacturer of innovative insulated products that keep drinks cold and hot for hours. Our mission is to provide people with the tools they need to enjoy their favorite beverages, wherever they go. Position Summary As an Inside Sales Representative you will play a crucial role in generating sales and building relationships from generated leads. Will work in closely with the Lead Generation and Sales Representative to drive revenue. Responsibilities:
  • Sales Pipeline Management: From generated leads, maintain an organized sales pipeline and track progress towards achieving sales goals.
  • Sales and Data Analysis: Conduct effective sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase Corkcicle's products and their benefits.
    • Address customer inquiries and objections in a professional and persuasive manner.
    • Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals that meet both the customer's and company's objectives.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term loyalty.
    • Tracks win/loss metrics and insights; develops and tracks KPI’s and insights; oversees CRM client data; develops, analyzes, and creates reports of metrics, KPI’s and insights, along with recommendations and trend analysis for management.
  • Relationship Building: From generated leads, establish rapport with prospective customers and build lasting relationships for continued sales.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries promptly.
  • CRM Data Management : Accurately record via data entry customer information and sales activities in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in inside sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbally and via email).
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Working Conditions / Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work (hybrid) within the core hours of 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional needs to accommodate a flexible schedule outside of core hours / weekdays.
  • Indoor, open office environment. The office noise level is moderately loud. May be required to work overtime and weekends as needed.
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time while simultaneously working on the computer and telephone. Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs. occasionally.
  • May be required to travel by plane or car to company shows per year within the United States.
