Olmsted Medical Center’s Department of Psychiatry and Psychology in Rochester, MN. is seeking a child psychologist to work within a large multi-specialty medical clinic of over 190 clinicians. Choose between part-time or fulltime (28 - 40 hours per week). Excellent salary and benefits.
We are looking for a doctoral level child psychologist with experience and training in:
providing outpatient assessment and psychotherapy serviceshealth care delivery systems (preferred) with an emphasis on delivery of evidenced based psychotherapiesassessment of neurodevelopmental disordersCollaborating with other clinicians is an important and exciting aspect of this position, including colleagues in the Departments of Psychiatry and Psychology, Pediatrics, Family Medicine, and other specialties.
The clinical staff of the Department of Psychiatry and Psychology is comprised of psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and psychologists, who work together in a collegial, clinic-based environment. Practitioners are assisted in their duties by dedicated nursing and support staff.
The successful candidate will have:
completed an APA-accredited clinical psychology doctoral programa current MN. license, or eligible for a Minnesota license, andtraining in psychological assessment, testing, diagnosis, and psychotherapyCandidates with a degree from an APA accredited Counseling or Educational Psychology program may also be considered depending on relevant training and clinical experience.
