Take over established patient base from retiring Urologist99-bed hospital and established multi-specialty clinicNo competition within 3 county-radius4-day workweek: 3 days clinic/1 day ORUrology-dedicated exam rooms and MA support in clinicModern surgical facility with da Vinci robot accessEpic EMRCurrent volumes: 6-8 patients per day with potential for 15-18 (be as busy as you'd like to be)10 days of call per month - light volume
