Mercy Medical Center – Baltimore is seeking an urologist to join The Urology Specialists of Maryland at Mercy as a full-time employed physician. Prior experience preferred, but new graduates welcome to apply.

The successful candidate will:

- Join a group of 3, experienced physicians, replace a retired urologist, and take over a well-established practice.
- Work with hospital leadership to elevate clinical excellence and initiate new programs to advance patient care.
- Implement best-in-practice standards to distinguish Mercy’s urology center as one of the region’s premier programs.
- Clinical support staff include FOUR Physician Assistants.
- Take quiet, paid, 1:4 call covering ONE hospital with PA as 1st coverage on weekend.
- Opportunity to supplement income with investment in ancillary services including lithotripsy and a free-standing surgery center.

The Urology Specialists of Maryland at Mercy are recognized throughout the Mid-Atlantic as a top center for urological disease diagnosis and treatment. The Urology Specialists of Maryland specialize in cancers of the bladder, kidney, and prostate, benign prostate conditions, comprehensive stone disease, male and female urinary Incontinence, and minimally invasive treatments of BPH. The hospital has 4 Davinci Xi robotic surgery systems. The Urology Specialists of Maryland see patients at Mercy Medical Center in Downtown Baltimore and at Mercy's Community Physician sites across the Baltimore-Metropolitan area, including Glen Burnie, Lutherville, Overlea, Reisterstown & Ellicott City.

**Requirements**
Qualifications of the ideal candidate:
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Expertise in diagnosis and treatment of a broad range of urological disorders including benign and malignant diseases of the prostate, bladder and kidneys,
• Advanced surgical training in minimally invasive surgery, as well as traditional open surgery desired
