As a BAS Salesperson, you will be responsible for driving sales of Honeywell’s Building Automation Systems across designed territories. You will engage with architects, engineers, contractors and facility managers to understand their needs, provide expert consultation, and deliver tailored BAS solutions that exceed expectations.

  Roles and Responsibilities
  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
  • Consultative Selling: Understand customer pain points and propose comprehensive BAS solutions that align with their operational goals and budget
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers
  • Solution Presentation: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of Honeywell BAS offerings
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals
  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to position Honeywell as a preferred BAS provider
  • Post-Sales Support: Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction

  Minimum Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience in building automation systems, HVAC, or related fields
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with BAS technologies such as HVAC controls, energy management systems, and integration platforms
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Customer Focus: Dedication to understanding customer needs and providing exceptional service and support
  • Current, valid driver’s license
  Preferred Skills
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration or related field
  Physical Requirements
