Essential Functions

  • Maintaining the executive's agenda and assisting in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc.
  • Attending meetings and keeping minutes
  • Execute sales or other financial transactions.
  • Make travel, accommodations, complete expense and mileage reports or entertainment arrangements for others.
  • Prepare research or technical reports.
  • Assist new employee setup/training.
  • Prepare documentation for contracts, transactions, or regulatory compliance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
