Position Objective:
This position will be responsible for supporting conversion and sales through the online merchandising strategy. Partnering with internal teams to successfully translate the business strategy to the online store, satisfying the financial, technological, and operational needs while providing the best customer experience.

Functional Responsibilities:

• Provides actionable recommendations to improve business.

• Executes weekly reporting and business learnings share out with digital merchandising leadership.

• Partners with digital merchandising team on product optimization based on Google Analytics insight and Selling.

• Strategizes navigation, category structure, curated pages, and overall merchandising of the site prior to collection launches and in-season optimization.

• Evaluates Site Assets and provides inventory updates based on in stock rates.

• Creates and manages digital product lifecycle calendar and ensure all deadlines are met for timely product launches and QA.

• Analyzes online competitor site merchandising, promotional execution and tactics, user experience, product representation and taxonomy.

• Analyzes, executes, and provides improvements to the customer experience.

• Reviews feedback from all available resources: customer service, customer feedback reporting, product ratings and reviews, social media, and utilizes the information to optimize the site and improve site metrics.

• Creates strong partnerships among cross functional areas including Omni Merchants, Planning, Marketing, and operations.

• Partners with marketing operations and studio partners to identify detail/editorial image needs and additional PDP assets.

• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required

• 3+ years' experience required

• Strong analytical skills

• Excellent computer skills

• Microsoft- Excel proficient

• Basic knowledge of retail math

• Strong interpersonal skills; excellent written and verbal communication

• An ability to prioritize tasks to balance the immediate and long-term needs of the business.

• Ability to demonstrate an understanding of analytics and ability to analyze data

• Ability to multi-task and complete projects on time
