SENIOR STAFF ACCOUNTANT POSITION: We are looking for a full-time Senior Staff Accountant that can adapt and wear multiple hats within our Accounting Team. This position will handle the full-cycle accounting process for a group of diverse entities and partake in the financial analysis of our business operations with a focus on our Food and Beverage Division.

SENIOR STAFF ACCOUNTANT RESPONSIBILITIES:

Full cycle accounting for assigned entities, including financial statement preparation
Inventory system reconciliation
Perform cash and bank reconciliations
Sales/Use Tax Reporting
Process and analyze inter-company billings
Monitor prepaid and accrual schedules
Inter-company reconciliations
General ledger reconciliation and analysis
Accounts receivable reconciliations
Loan tracking and reporting

SENIOR STAFF ACCOUNTANT REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience required
5+ years of GAAP accounting experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Quickbooks
Excellent organizational skills and analytical abilities
Ability to work well in a collaborative environment
Preferred: prior food and beverage accounting experience
