Title: Sr. QA Engineer

Onsite/ Remote/ Hybrid: Hybrid

Qualifications:

• Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in quality engineering with a strong background in PL/SQL, PEGA, LoadRunner, Splunk, AppDynamics, Selenium & Jira.

• Demonstrate expertise in test automation frameworks and tools with a proven track record of successful implementations.

• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.

• Excellent communication and collaboration required.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Product Owners, Developers and BA to understand the requirements and then articulate test requirements into a test strategy and test plan considering factors like dependencies, risk, limitations etc.

• Prepares test data Uses JIRA as a project tracking tool/Defect tracking/Test case Management tool.

• Execute the test cases, Create test reports and results with screenshots.

• Create Test Strategy, Test Plan and Test Approach documents for all the releases. Perform/Lead regression testing in the release environment for all agile release trains.

• Work in complete Agile Environment with 2 weeks of Release cycle.

• Participating in the Daily Scrum/Requirement grooming/Retrospective meeting.

Must have:

• Must be hands with expertise in PL/SQL, PEGA, LoadRunner, Splunk, AppDynamics, Selenium, Jira to drive quality assurance processes of state-of-the-art software solutions in Healthcare.

• Strong Healthcare profile with exp in. Enrollment Billing Providers & Claims (X12 EDI).

• Strong SQL Exp Scrum/Agile Exp

• Automation experience

• JIRA or Test Management Tools Exp

• Good Analytical and Communication skills

Work Authorization:
